Which foods can be packaged using ALIGAL™ 27?

A 70% Oxygen / 30% CO2 gas mixture preserves the red colour of meat and fish after packaging 

For example: Fresh (red) meat and fish; steak, turkey, beef, kebab, minced meat, hamburger, brochette, fresh whole red fish, tuna, live mussels and oysters.
